目前計畫上需要兒童心理/幼教相關技能與實驗規劃人才一位，執行委託合作計畫
將台灣產品開發流程中，涉及國外市場拓銷與實際體驗之實驗的計畫。
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in child psychology or education to be involved in international product development process, helping Taiwan companies develop, prepare, experiment, and analyze new product market effectiveness in oversea cultures and environment. Well verse in analytical methods. Interprets internal or external business information and issues, and recommends best knowledge in experiment and report writing. Make phone/video/internet interviews, possibly across the ocean from Taiwan. Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
Key Responsibilities
*Study new product characteristics.
*Plan experiment setup, activity, venue, environment.
*Review analytical methods for suitability. And conduct effective literature search.
*Review sample test environment and test groups in several cities.
*Coordinate with oversea experiment coordinators in each experiment cities.
*Perform experiments and interviews. Record data, photos, videos, interviews.
*Analyze experiment data.
*Make summary and recommendation to new product development.
*Make recommendation, with guidance, on marketing and product effectiveness.
*Deliver final report.
*Support other projects, as required.
*Interface with internal and external customers to present results, carefully listen, and ask questions to troubleshoot issues
*Engage with customers proactively, after discussion. Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary teams of customers and stakeholders. Cooperation and communication with outside stakeholders and employees of various backgrounds and cultures.
*Proactively validate/correlate results with real world data to improve models
*Present complex in-depth technical material in a concise manner
Background/Skills
*Experience with child psychology or child education desired.
*Knowledge of child psychology or child education, know issues, have in-depth troubleshooting capability, and have ability to make recommendations
*Project experience in a product development environment with hands-on experience desired.
*Good writing skill.
*Good Communication skill.
*Good customer interface/interaction skill.
*Good presentation skill.
*Good project engineering and project management skill.
*Good English and Mandarin.
