1.全球重點代言人聯繫窗口 (日常溝通、客製需求、市場回饋、支援協調) 2.維護與更新全球品牌代言人管理規範與落實執行 3.配合品牌產品發展,擬定代言人曝光宣傳策略 4.定期更新藝人動態、活動資訊給全球代理,強化藝人曝光度及與品牌連結 5.運用數位媒體與全球代理商共同將品牌代言人投資效益最大化
・Identify key artists and marketing opportunities to maximize brand’s visibility in key markets. ・Negotiate deals with artists, prepare and execute contracts, including endorsement agreement and signature product royalty agreement. ・Manage artist budget, track spending, and provide report as needed. ・Perform artist service, including gear upgrade, worldwide backline support, artist rush orders, to ensure compliance with brand’s artist policy. ・Collaborate with artists and distributors on content creation, including unboxing videos, artist testimonials, performance videos, and other content deemed necessary for product launches. ・Manage social media, content calendar, and website to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. ・Compose, proof, or translate external communications, including but not limited to official announcements, product/ marketing circular letters, corporate PR materials.
