We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst (Marketing) with 3-5 years of expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing Director and other cross-functional teams, and the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Data Collection and Preparation: Proficiently gather data from diverse sources including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Prepare and integrate data for analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Data Cleaning and Transformation: Identify and address complex data quality issues. Use advanced Excel or SQL techniques to clean, transform, and prepare data for thorough analysis.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Utilize statistical techniques to perform in-depth analysis in Excel, R, or Python. Uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform marketing strategies.
- Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and insightful dashboards, charts, and reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous and comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference and reproducibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven marketing decisions. Use tools such as Teams and Asana for communication and project management.

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or marketing analytics role. - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization. - Strong knowledge and experience with SQL or other database querying languages. - Proven experience in using statistical analysis software such as R or Python. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
